Grievances : All the roads are full of rubbish. Rubbish man comes once in every fortnight. People have no choice but to throw rubbish in the roads. Even in the bartaman newspaper, there big article about dirty barasat. People in kolkata and other places think barasat is very dirty. This is really sad.
